Terms of Service

Welcome to SbcCrafter. By installing or using the SbcCrafter Chrome Extension and any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SbcCrafter in any way, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SbcCrafter is a browser extension that helps EA FC Ultimate Team players solve Squad Building Challenges (SBCs) by analyzing their club data and suggesting optimal player combinations. The Service includes:

• An AI-powered SBC solver algorithm.
• A 1-click squad fill feature within the EA FC Web App.
• Daily solve quotas based on your subscription tier (Free, Pro, Elite).
• Optional premium features accessible via a paid subscription.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

SbcCrafter offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Pro, Elite). Paid plans are processed via Ko-fi or Stripe. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Subscription fees are charged on a recurring monthly or yearly basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time via Ko-fi or your Stripe customer portal.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Automate actions on EA's platform beyond what the extension is designed to do.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension.
• Share, sell, or transfer your account or API key to third parties.
• Abuse the daily solve limits or attempt to circumvent quota enforcement.
• Use the Service to gain unfair competitive advantage in violation of EA's Terms of Service.

6. Third-Party Services

SbcCrafter interacts with the EA FC Web App and may fetch price data from third-party sources (e.g., fut.gg). We are not affiliated with Electronic Arts Inc. EA FC™ is a trademark of Electronic Arts. Use of SbcCrafter does not imply any endorsement by EA.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
• The SBC solutions generated will always be optimal or correct.
• The Service will remain compatible with future updates to the EA FC Web App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SbcCrafter and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of in-game items, coins, or account access.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the extension or our Discord server.
