At SbcCrafter, your privacy is our priority. This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data when you use the SbcCrafter Chrome Extension and related services.

1. Information We Collect

To provide our core functionality (solving Squad Building Challenges), SbcCrafter collects the following types of information:

• Authentication Information: We collect your email address and password when you create an account to authenticate you and manage your subscription limits (e.g., Free, Pro, Elite).
• Website Content (EA Web App Data): The extension temporarily reads data directly from the active EA Sports FC Web App tab in your browser. This includes:
  • The currently active SBC requirements.
  • Your Ultimate Team club player data (ratings, positions, untradeable status) necessary to generate a solution.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly for the functional operation of the extension:

• To generate optimal SBC solutions based on the players you own.
• To enforce daily solve quotas according to your subscription tier.
• To store your solver preferences (e.g., whether to use unassigned items).

3. Host Permissions Explained

Our extension requires specific host permissions to operate:

• https://www.ea.com/*: Required to inject the SbcCrafter Pro Panel interface into the EA Web App and read your club data.
• https://sbccrafter-backend-production.up.railway.app/* & https://api.sbccrafter.com/*: Required to securely transmit the extracted club data to our solver algorithm and return the solution to you.
• https://www.fut.gg/*: Required to fetch live market prices to ensure our solutions are cost-optimized.

4. Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or game data to third parties.

Your EA login credentials (email/password used for the EA Web App) are never seen, collected, or stored by SbcCrafter. The extension only reads public HTML/JSON data already loaded in your browser tab.

Payment processing: When you buy a subscription, payment is handled by our third-party payment processor Stripe and, where applicable, Ko-fi. To complete your purchase they collect and process your billing details (such as name, email, country, and payment information) under their own privacy policies. SbcCrafter receives only what is needed to activate your plan (such as your email and subscription status) and never receives or stores your full card number.

5. Remote Code

In compliance with Chrome Web Store policies (Manifest V3), our extension does not download or execute remote code (JavaScript/Wasm). It only makes API requests to fetch JSON data for the solver algorithm.
